Our hire prices are comprehensive with no hidden extra’s – our prices will generally include:
- Initial stand design consultation
- Production of life-like 3D colour visuals of the proposed design for sign off
- Supply of graphic templates for design of graphic content
- Submission of detailed stand plans to the event organisers to obtain build approval
- Submission of risk assessment and method statement forms
- Submission of electrical plans
- Hire of complete stand structure and lighting as per the visual
- Allowance for production of graphics/branding as per the visual
- Hire of all furniture and AV equipment as shown in the visual
- Supply and fit of velour carpet or vinyl direct to venue floor unless otherwise stated
- Delivery, installation and subsequent dismantle of the stand and return to store*
- All crew travel, accommodation, subsistence, and vehicle parking charges.
*Transport & Installation prices will vary depending on the location of the event.
Price does not include the cost of any onsite services supplied directly by the event organisers such as electric, internet and water.

Stand HIRE is the best option if:
- You are exhibiting for the first time and just want to test the market before making any longer term exhibition plans.
- You currently only exhibit once or twice each year and don’t have a longer term exhibition strategy.

- You need a stand supplying within a very short deadline (we can design & install a hire stand within just 3 weeks).

Important facts about hire stands:
- On average, the hire costs for a stand structure would be around 10% of the outright purchase cost.
- All our hire stands are supplied and installed in perfect ‘as new’ condition. Our hire components are carefully inspected, cleaned and refurbished after each use and our attention to detail is unprecedented.
- We can design and manufacture totally bespoke, one off elements, for your stand and integrate these into the overall hire stand as required.
- Graphics and any bespoke stand elements we have produced for your hire stand can be securely stored in our warehouse between exhibitions and re-used on future stands.
- If you are planning a series of 2 or 3 exhibitions using our stand hire service then we can offer a discounted contract rate for multiple hires and re-use as much of the relevant graphic content as possible to keep costs to a minimum.
